  • Why should I get my dog professionally groomed?

    Dog grooming is an important aspect of maintaining the health and comfort of your pet! Many breeds require professional grooming in specific intervals to maintain a proper and manageable coat in addition to regular brushing at home. In general, a dog also needs their nails trimmed about every 6 weeks. Professional groomers with years of experience, such as the ones we have here at Posh Pup, can often handle big grooming jobs that owners may not have time for. We also have the tools and equipment to have your pup looking their best! To avoid health issues such as matted fur down the line, we recommend regular visits to a grooming salon, depending on the breed. When you choose Posh Pup, you are choosing award winning, loving, and professional dog grooming services for your best furry friend.  

  • How long will my appointment take?

    The amount of time your dog grooming appointment will take will vary by breed and by service requested. In general, you want to plan on it taking about 3-4 hours for a full service visit. This allows us to give your pooch the individualized attention they deserve, and to give them the best service possible. 


    We have years of experience working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, so you can trust that your dog is in good hands while they are with us. We treat each fur baby as if they were our own!

  • How much do your services cost?

    We prefer to price our dog grooming services based on an individual basis. This means that the total cost of your appointment may vary depending on different factors, such as what all your dog will need to have done. We believe that charging on an individual basis is the most fair and effective way to give our clients the best price possible! For our full service grooming visits and special grooming needs such as flea or skunk baths, we ask that you call us ahead of time for pricing.     There are some services that do have set prices. If you prefer to do your dog grooming or bathing by yourself in our Do-It-Yourself dog wash station, use of that facility is $12.00. Nail trimming alone is $10.00.

    We are open from Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are closed on Mondays and Sundays.
